Use our Private Mail Box (PMB) service to securely receive mail and packages at a real street address, unlike a PO Box.
Keyless means you do not get a key to a specific mailbox. Therefore, you do not need to pay a Key Fee. It's also a lower per-month cost than our Keyed option. The only downside to Keyless is that you might need to wait in line to pick up your mail.
After signup, each recipient (each individual and each entity) must provide photo identification and a notarized USPS Form 1583 allowing us to receive your mail. The primary box holder must also sign our mailbox agreement contract. Any plan you sign up for that includes a Sign Up Fee covers 1 person's notary fee. You may pay our notary fee or get your documents notarized elsewhere, but USPS Form 1583 must be notarized.
Personal Signup
Receive mail and packages at a real street address for 1 family (up to 4 adults living at the same address).
Individuals and entire families. Occassional mail for your minors is no extra charge.

Receive mail and packages at a real street address for 1 business and 1 family.
Home-based businesses, eCommerce stores, churches, non-profits, and any other organizations.

Want us to receive your mail for less than 6 months (e.g., one-time, temporary, 1-month)
Want us to open your mail and scan it to you
Receiving for multiple businesses at the same box number
Expected to consistently receive large quantities of mail or oversized parcels
If you're unable to pick up your mail within a reasonable time, we can forward to your other address at the cost of postage (even internationally), or we can arrange for storage fees.
